Unlocking supply chain agility and supply chain performance through the development of intangible supply chain analytical capabilities

Purpose Increasingly, studies are reporting supply chain analytical capabilities as a key enabler of agility (SCAG) and performance (SCP). This study investigates the impact environmental dynamism competitive pressures in analytics setting, how intangible (ISCAC) moderate relationship between big data characteristics (BDC's) SCAG support enhanced SCP.
